The options are as follows: either the game version is incorrect (a special patch 3.1 is required for the Book of Bukov), or it is simply not a licensed copy...

It's not related to the topic, but I'll ask (I didn't find it in the mods). In which file is the number of creatures (when hiring) in the "Refugee Camp" specified? I.e., for example, so that there are not 2 Rakshasa princesses, but 5 (any changed number). I searched everywhere, but didn't find it (or I didn't see it, which is more likely).
