a man becomes "dumber", but a woman does not become smarter from sex

then it would be logical to assume that smarter means more rational,

that's not entirely true, or rather not true at all :) it just means my examples were not very successful, or not successful at all :)

intelligence and reason are different structures, like kidneys and liver are different organs, they have different natures and functions

if she is smarter, it means that this structure, this "organ" is stronger in her, but her reason is still just as weak and remains so, it is a given, it is neither good nor bad
