the problem with the new culture is that the developers mixed several cultures into one. For example, the Nagas are Indian mythological creatures, Kirins are Chinese dragons, and I don't know about the rest, but the point is that the problem with the new race's culture is that only the Aztecs and Africans were left untouched from the ancient cultures.
