Is a chat feature needed on HeroesWorld?

It's a pity that the old chat won't be available; so many memories... Well, at least something similar to it should be implemented. A top-10 list of frequent posters (for nostalgia!), the ability to edit messages, and moderators issuing kick bans...
By the way, will it be the case that an HW moderator is also a chat moderator? Although, if authorization is done through an HW account, I think that's how it will be.
