Is a chat feature needed on HeroesWorld?

How can you even talk about culture when you allow yourself to make such statements?

I have a normal attitude towards people who have an interest in topics related to the game that appeal to different forum members. The forum has sections dedicated to different aspects of the game, various off-topic sections, and everything else. Let everyone communicate in the sections they want, but the chat should be the same – diverse. As for my "culture," it's that the format of communication should be decent (without swearing or insults). Please don't extend "my culture" to any other nuances.
If this is not observed in the chat, then such a chat is definitely not needed on the forum. IMHO. Those who have different opinions are welcome to share them.
