Is a chat feature needed on HeroesWorld?

That's precisely the problem. I would call it an organized criminal group! Do you think they get banned for a reason? Because they don't belong there, and they don't belong there not because they are unworthy, but because of the vulgar language used there (it's not for cultured people). God forbid you show any weakness in the chat – you'll get a lot of negativity from the established group of chatters, and few people want to deal with that.

Lol. There wasn't enough room for people, huh? You go into the chat, and they immediately start insulting you, beating you with clubs, right? Why invent things and compare it to some kind of garbage dump? It gives the impression that people from the Heroes 3 section are afraid to be in the same chat as people from the off-topic section, as if the latter are some kind of thugs, although such... vampires are more often found in the Heroes sections, including the Heroes 3 section.

And I want to note that those people who will not be talkative in the chat but will read it (and they definitely will, as interest takes over) will find it unpleasant to read the arguments being discussed there.

No one is forcing anyone to read. It's also impossible to forbid people from communicating on free topics and impose any restrictions (except for the rules that already exist).
