Is a chat feature needed on HeroesWorld?

Although in the past, only certain individuals frequented the chat, while others would occasionally drop in for a few words and then leave. However, this is a characteristic of all chats – over time, a certain group of people tends to settle in, while others abandon it and stick to the forum.

This is precisely what is bad. I would call it an organized crime group! Do you think why people abandon it?
