Is a chat feature needed on HeroesWorld?

For example, in the Mafia section, there are people who have never played Heroes, because they are more interested in RPGs.

All streams, except those that go through Mikogo, already have a chat. I understand that for Mikogo streams of Heroes III, they have a voice chat. It doesn't seem like the cleanest place, judging by the descriptions in this thread, but that's their problem.
Streams of Heroes IV are discussed in ICQ, and Heroes V is streamed through Mikogo?
And the trolls already have an entire section, where else would they go?
