Auto-resolution increases the chance for a draw.

I don't understand what the phrase "chance for a draw" means. Anyone can cheat, with or without auto-resolution. Is the idea that a rule about auto-resolution will suddenly make an honest player start cheating?

Don't pretend to be an expert in probability; if there's a probability, then it exists.
