What do you think about the clue pointing to Lord Mortulus as Death? Maybe it's better than guessing based on behavior? I have to go now, but I'll try to come back in the evening.

Hermit is either really a town member (although he would then vote to execute Neb as mafia, I think), or a Pole trying to defend Revan, or (which is very unlikely) a completely confused town member.
Red is definitely not a negative role. If Jack turns out to be a negative role, I will be very surprised. Lynx seems to be a town member based on his behavior, although I'm not as sure about that. I still think Revan is a Pole, but the trio of Hermit-Neb-Mortulus (most likely there's an ink/guard/werewolf among them) is not very clear yet. I'm going to look at the clues.
