I was sure that Nebo was a maniac, and his justifications didn't seem plausible to me. And there was something off with the blocks.

I'm not pushing for anything against Hermit! And I still think Nebo is suspicious. I just agree that as long as the werewolf is behaving well, there's no point in executing him. Right now, I would get rid of the Lithuanians, and then we can deal with them. But the Inquisitor is still a concern. What if the recruitment is already complete, and his victory is only being hindered by the Poles?
