Is a chat feature needed on HeroesWorld?

We need to create a forum-based chat with multiple rooms for thematic discussions. We all know what spam is – it eventually becomes disruptive.

Why not simply create a separate room/section for off-topic conversations? After all, there is already a separate section on the forum, so, judging by the forum sections, it would be better to create several rooms (for different versions of the game, other similar games, off-topic conversations, etc.) than to just have a general chat.
