Is a chat feature needed on HeroesWorld?

The chat is a huge problem for the forum and its owner (it is needed in an extremely responsible form of moderation)

Just take a look at the chat on HeroesPortal. It seems pretty neat and civilized there.
The chat on WT is a real dump, but it was created with the idea of "free speech" in mind. On HW, that won't fly, and for swearing in the chat, particularly talkative users will get banned on the forum. That's all there is to it.
