Is a chat feature needed on HeroesWorld?

Wow, that's quite a statement O_o
I don't know what the WoT chat is like, but the previous chats on Heroes were quite decent. If anyone caused trouble, they were quickly calmed down. There are also coordinators for particularly unruly individuals.
Besides, the chat isn't just for casual players, so it's unlikely that people will constantly chatter about the same things.

Spend a couple of days in the WoT chat, and your ears will ring from the inappropriate conversations and arguments.

If you're going to create a chat, you should organize it for different versions, like the sections on the forum. Why should players of version 5 always have to read general information, or vice versa? You could make it like in normal chats (with a general and a private channel) or have separate channels for versions 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and a general channel, as well as a private channel.
