Mafia 44. Time of Troubles

Regarding Nebku, I apologize, but he doesn't seem like a Werewolf to me. The clues are far-fetched, and based on his behavior, he's more likely Mafia. I'll elaborate on my opinion about each player later.

He was shouting passionately, and you can't deny that, but what's with the Werewolf thing? Is it a new Night Detective from the GM to celebrate a level-up, which isn't displayed in the newspaper? Or is it a passive ability?
