Yeah, they got everyone to vote for the mafia, and the innocents are of course Jack, Rudy, and Arandor.

It's not a certainty, it's like in that psychological mafia game by Revan - the mafia conducts dialogues directly in the thread, while the innocents are somewhere out there in real life, but definitely not in the game.
