Future expansions.

Well, they could at least include a couple of units from other factions as cameos, initially as free neutral units, and have them reside in certain dwellings, perhaps in future patches. For example, they could add a unicorn as a creature or golems – like in Heroes of Might and Magic III, where various types of golems lived in the Factory.
But, of course, everything comes down to balance.
