Sanctuary – “Life in death and death in life” [Campaign 4 – Mission 4]

In my opinion, it's best to start recruiting reinforcements from the island in the mid-game. That's when you can really build up a decent force there. And if you also have a high growth rate, it's an excellent way to bolster your army.
