If the ones you listed are too few for you (Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Chelyabinsk, Saratov, Volgograd, Novosibirsk, Gorno-Altaysk, Ozyorsk), then take a look at the globe and compare the geography of the Kiev guests with Michurinsk or with the planned one in Yekaterinburg. And the fact that representatives of Ukraine or Belarus cannot or do not want to come, or both, has nothing to do with the organizers (ask yourself the question: why aren't you going to Yekaterinburg and didn't go to Michurinsk?).
