A clan as a dying entity.

It feels like the clans are dying out or will die out soon. In the fifth installment, for example, only one remains, essentially. If a census of the clans were conducted, the results would be depressing. How many people who are listed as members of a clan are actually active or part of the clan?
A similar topic was discussed, but it only touched upon the issue of cleaning up inactive members, and I would like to consider the possible development and clarification of the situation regarding the clans.

I would like to discuss this topic to clarify the situation. Is it necessary to revive/develop them or should we leave everything as it is?
