Technical issues with Heroes III.

Guys, please tell me how to increase the animation speed in battles. I read here that there is a Cranim file that needs to be placed in the Data folder, but I have the complete Russian collection with an HD mod, not the SOD version. Maybe there is some other way to do this (fix something in the registry)? Thanks in advance. P.S. I asked this question earlier in the beginners' thread, but I didn't get an answer. If this isn't the right place to ask, please let me know where to go.
