Connecting to Conflux.

Help! What should I do?! I bought a disc with Heroes 6, installed it. It showed something about registration, I registered, and it asked for a key (the disc is probably pirated). I clicked cancel, then launched the game, and it says "connection failed! Incorrect password." What should I do? I downloaded images of Heroes 6 from the internet, and it's the same thing... I've reinstalled it several times! Maybe I should reinstall Windows? Thank you for your help!
