Who are they, anyway?

Well, they seem to be another not-so-large company. But knowledgeable people say that working on "Heroes" is not new to them – they have already worked on something for either the fifth or the sixth installment.

In short, the current state of the project is as follows: the first developer has stepped aside to improve its financial situation, and the new one is currently studying the structure and code of the game. That's why the patch is delayed. Now at least it's clear what's going on.
