As for the matter at hand, the post was deleted due to the move.

1) Stream the entire desktop (doesn't provide protection, but it's more for rehabilitation).

2) Create a thread: "Reports from the DARK side," and after 30-50 (???) reports, you might find that they themselves start to condemn cheaters and begin to play fairly.
