Technical issues and problems with WoGa.

Good evening everyone, I recently got acquainted with the internet, and I've been browsing a lot of forums, encountering a lot of unfamiliar terminology (like Hamachi, etc.) – it's all frustrating, and I'm losing my patience. Please tell me how to play Heroes of Might and Magic III½ (3.58) online (I think the icon at the very bottom – PC connected to the globe – is for that?). I love this game (I've been playing all the Heroes games since childhood, and we used to play Heroes of Might and Magic together on one PC when we were students – it's a great game!).
P.S. I downloaded Heroes of Might and Magic III½ 3.58, and I'm using Windows 7...
