You need to start analyzing the results from at least the 3rd round, as the 2nd round doesn't really tell you much if you don't pay close attention, and you just mentioned having difficulties in real life.
What difference does it make who, how, and what they do, everyone was happy with it (no-shows don't count:), it still won't change anything.
