This was said in response to your message, the essence of which boiled down to this:
I have neither the desire nor the time for this debate.

Later, I also responded in a similar appropriate tone. Unfortunately, you took everything the wrong way and are still trying to sort out personal issues on the forum, which is not good. The job of an organizer is difficult, so the fact that you contacted everyone on ICQ is not worth mentioning.

Don't confuse a commanding tone with indignation.

What do the tournament rules actually say? Take your first post, go to the link to the Swiss system, read its rules, and using the rules described in that link, try to trace the draw and who plays against whom.
THIS WILL NOT WORK, because the "additional rule" (which is not in the rules in the link) comes into effect: awarding 0.5 points "mutually," which is also impossible to guess without an announcement from the judge/organizer. Without knowing this, it is impossible to understand and trace the chain of all rounds. AND MOREOVER, this method (adding 0.5 points) is, according to the link in your first post, UNDESIRABLE for the tournament; the link to your rules says so.

And most importantly, you were told that discussing the rules during the tournament is "bad form."
But you ignored this and are starting to bring everything back to discussing the system.

In fact, I raised this topic in order to discuss the conduct of the Swiss system in your tournament, so that there would be no more misunderstandings in the future. Bad form is refusing to discuss it on ICQ and not admitting that the draws in the tournament were not conducted according to the rules specified in the tournament. You could have admitted that there are differences between the rules and what was done, but explained this, at least, with human kindness. BUT YOU DO NOT AGREE that there is a difference. It's your business, but it's not right.

I hope you will too. Stop shedding tears - defend the subject of the dispute, and don't turn everything into a personal matter.

If you, as the tournament organizer, still do not see the difference between our positions and believe that my position is not viable, then there is no point in us talking at all. If, however, you have managed to understand the essence of my grievances, then we can continue the discussion on ICQ, if you have something to say to me (which I am always ready to do with anyone).
I suggest leaving forum discussions and personal grievances to yourself, and putting the dialogue about the system in the first place.

But it is worth discussing the Swiss system.
