It's certainly good that a unit doesn't retaliate (e.g., 40 creatures), but during a battle, this isn't the most significant advantage either. At least, I've never needed it. This "expert blindness" is just a drop in the ocean. Everyone has their own tactics, and maybe someone will find it important...
