Secondary skills in Heroes 3.

The cost of upgrading a manticore to a scorpius is, in my opinion, 100 or 300 gold. It's not a big deal. And there's no need to attack diplomacy.

Who is attacking diplomacy??? Who is attacking??? I would tear someone's throat out for diplomacy, I'd... uh, sorry. :smile11:
And, strangely enough, when I played as Rylander (a skinny, weak ranger with diplomacy and leadership), impressive squads joined me - and since his army was weak, I attribute it entirely to his diplomatic abilities...:smile02:

I don't understand why a warrior needs wisdom, earth magic, and air magic. The only thing you can take is 1 school of magic. What's the point of taking wisdom or a school of magic if you have a warrior with stats like 19-37-9-6!!! Why would he need magic!!!!:smile32:

But if you have a map size M or larger, you'll get tired of chasing enemies who are taking your castles... or you'll go broke hiring heroes to guard empty garrisons. Town Portal is an indispensable thing; only valerian can replace it.
