Mafia 44. Time of Troubles

Question about the Mafia faction's abilities. Are there any restrictions on their kills and non-destructive actions? The Poles are clear to me. The Lithuanians are next. Lithuanians. In my opinion, this is the faction that requires the most nuanced gameplay if you understand the mechanics correctly. Specifically, if one of the Lithuanians, say, the crossbowman, is converted to Orthodoxy, and the inquisitor is sent to report on his deeds to God, will the Lithuanians themselves have to get rid of their own? I also didn't quite understand the non-destructive action (ND) of the Inquisitor in NД2. Does the random ND of a Catholic get redirected to whoever the Inquisitor points at?
