Well, you can develop a hybrid too, although you'll still have to choose which direction to lean more towards. There wasn't much choice before.

Where did they remove it? It's still there. Maybe it's called something else – I don't remember – but it costs 4000. Isn't that right?

I haven't fully figured out the buildings yet; apparently, the Capitol is an upgrade for the city. I haven't built it to the very end yet.

I would say the situation is dire there.

What's so dire about it? Want a building? Plan raids for resources.

A person who has only played all the other parts using auto-combat simply can't know what is best suited for what.
