I am summarizing the information regarding RBW. There is a report from the seasonal tournament for the game:

The match was played in the HP Cup; the report can be found here. In both matches, the player RBW cheated. We did not receive any explanations or justifications from RBW, either on the forum or via private message. My request was sent to him on Sunday evening, March 25th, and he was online on the forum yesterday. So, RBW had both the time and the opportunity to respond. AK Decision: Award the Black Mark of a Cheater to player RBW, and we will send a request to the Creator regarding this. Also, add RBW to the blacklist with a warning to players and tournament organizers about possible cheating. Additionally, the player will receive 50 penalty points for violating the forum rules (for falsifying results of events (Competitive, Tournaments, Contests)). Information on this matter will be presented on a friendly HP resource. The AK warns players about RBW's tendency to create clones and urges everyone to be vigilant and remember to make and review saves. The decision was made unanimously by four members of the AK who participated in the vote.
