Regarding the topic, a permanent ban isn't necessary from the first offense, but 200 games is too much, and 25 seems unserious. Maybe 100? Or, it would be simpler to leave a temporary ban, say for a year, for those who don't repent, and 6-9 months for those who don't deny it, with the condition of early amnesty, say after 50-100 games with saves, etc., through a vote?
