Rehabilitation of cheaters.

Katya shouldn't be banned! She at least admitted to cheating and promised to make amends. Of course, forgiving someone solely based on their gender isn't right, but neither is harassing them! A simple probationary period and punishment would suffice. In my opinion, a ban from tournaments is also a punishment, especially if they could earn an honorable place.
