A note for the tournament organizers: it's better not to accept players who sign up for tournaments but don't play at all, or withdraw due to laziness, rather than because of real-life problems or lack of time. This saves time for all other players and prevents arguments in the forums.

By the way, it would be good to inform the organizers (especially the new ones) about who is who. This would really help the tournament. And a bad player could become a good one if they wanted to.
