Why don’t you participate in the portal’s tournaments?

You also forgot the option when there is simply no internet. I don't have internet, so I don't play. :( But if I did, I would play with pleasure, because playing against the computer is not very interesting.

To participate in an offline tournament, you need to download the starting save file and then send the final save file to the organizer after about a month. The rest of the time, you play at home. There are, after all, not only online tournaments... :)

So, in my opinion, solving this problem is not particularly difficult...
