I haven't seen your correspondence or Rimpel's, but I want to point out one thing: if you write to a person:
"Hello. I'm so-and-so, and I wanted to clarify a couple of things with you regarding this and that" or "Ah, you lying b\*\*\*h, what are you doing, what's in your saves..." - then, obviously, you will get a corresponding answer.

I'll immediately clarify that I'm exaggerating a bit, but I think the point is clear.
