Rehabilitation of cheaters.

Regarding rehabilitation, the proposal is simple: the presence of positive feedback from players who actively participate in Hv-season or Hv-tournaments, or who have other merits for the forum (represented the Hv team, won prizes in Hv tournaments, organized tournaments, etc.; I myself am not one of those, but there should be enough players and games). Also, there should be no grounds for re-awarding the "Champion of Cheating" title (i.e., there should be no evidence of cheating, confirmed by game saves played after the award; game saves played before the award are no longer considered). And, I believe, it is necessary to provide some kind of mechanism for punishing guarantors in case of a relapse. For example, a mark on the avatar for a certain period, indicating that the player vouched for a repeat offender.
