Appeals Committee. Disputed situations in tournaments.

I can't understand why there's so much aggression. Since its creation, Heroes of Might and Magic Online has only restricted access to tournaments for obvious reasons. Has anyone's gameplay been negatively affected? It would be better if everyone played stronger; then cheaters wouldn't be such a hindrance.
