Appeals Committee. Disputed situations in tournaments.
There's no point in this "Cheater Mark of Shame"...
You say there's no point in the "Cheater Mark of Shame," yet you've written an entire page of complaints. The original idea behind the "Cheater Mark of Shame" was to inform all players that the player with the mark may be cheating. In other words, the "Cheater Mark of Shame" doesn't prohibit anything. If someone wants to play with Catherine, that's their right. Regarding tournaments, naturally, no organizer would include such a player in a tournament. However, the "Cheater Mark of Shame" can be removed for good behavior, and this has already happened with vitalic. There was even a poll in which the option "remove the Cheater Mark of Shame" won by a large margin, but that was six months after it was awarded.
Regarding the season. A season is not a tournament. In tournaments, opponents are determined by a draw, but when people play whoever they want and as much as they want, that's no longer a tournament, but a circus, even if a reward is given. Therefore, I have nothing against players with the "Cheater Mark of Shame" participating in a season, especially if there are reports and saves.
