Stormhold is not Stronghold; it's a perfectly normal name.
I don't remember exactly which portal I found it on:
Each race has 16 cities (with different names – they are all listed there, possibly taken from the games).
Castle – Erathia, humans
Rampart – Avlia, elves
Tower – Brakada, mages
Fortress – Tatalia, swamp
Stronghold – Krevolod, barbarians
Dungeon – Nighon, warlocks
Necropolis – Deyya, necromancers
Inferno – Eofol, krigane (demons)
Conflux – Elemental Planes (?), elementals.
And also – leprechauns, as far as I remember, don't live in the third game – they are already in the fourth (just for general information).
