In the end, strangely enough, I got the best setup out of all the ones before. Ainain as the starting hero, a hero with +1 mercury per day in the tavern, and 8 air creatures from two heroes at the beginning. According to the timing, the birds appeared on day 171, but then, a standard mistake of newbies (as I think), he miscalculated the strength and attacked 80 hellhounds with 4 birds, lost 2 birds and all his gold, morale dropped, and the economy went to zero. He decided not to farm an army, but to apply plan B. He bought Luna, quickly farmed her to expert in fire magic and resources for GM4, but Armageddon didn't appear. He decided to surrender.
