Results of the Skype conference. This time there were fewer people, but we still came to some definite conclusions: - Map for the next round: Rise to Power. Only starting positions 1 and 4 can be chosen. - Changes to the rules: - - Capturing dwellings of elite creatures is prohibited before the third week. - - Choosing units of other races is prohibited. - - The game will now be played on a difficult level. - The strategy with Necro-Spirits is powerful, but a good player can counter it, so it shouldn't be banned. - We need to discuss the next ban: prohibiting Orcs (and everyone else) from using the Fortress.
