It's sad, guys.
The tournament started a month ago, and some of the players who applied to participate haven't even played a single game.
Why apply and then "string along" their opponents and cause headaches for the organizer?
There have always been, are, and will be such "players." This is where the subtle but necessary work of the organizers begins. And as for those who are too problematic, just don't include them in the tournaments.
