I agree, but not entirely. For example, Haven is the top row of "creature dwellings," which, according to you, represents gnomes, and therefore, nagas also belong to them. But these six-armed creatures belong to mages, which creates an inconsistency. I think there's a similar error with the Barbarians (both ogres and cyclops could be classified as barbarians or beasts) and with Sylvan (we wouldn't classify a ballista as belonging to the clergy, would we?). So, it would be better to simply categorize these creatures based on their appearance and assign them to a specific type.
