He manages just fine. People are already getting the second level of Tears/Blood on the second week (there are ways to get it on the first week as well).
The Vampire goes into defense, and his "out of time" ability makes almost the entire army invulnerable.
But I have another question:)
What techniques allow you to get the 2nd level of Tears/Blood in the first week?
