Why don’t you participate in the portal’s tournaments?

haven't figured out how to submit an application, that's one thing. I don't have time, that's two. I have the "Platinum Edition," which isn't always compatible, that's three. By the way, if anyone can shed some light on the rules, applications, and other tournament-related matters, please provide a link.
