I looked at the weapons of the dynasty again: the regular Silk Sword of Kirin has very good bonuses. Plus to initiative, then plus to luck, and at level five - teleport (hopefully, it's not random). Teleport for a warrior of the Sanctuary is just the thing to speed up the shark guardians.
