I think that if such a combination is done in moderation, it won't be a problem. The main thing is to justify the appearance of these races in the world of Heroes. If there is a convincing justification, I think the races will be accepted. But at the same time, they need to have features similar to the traditional ones, without going beyond the Heroes universe. In principle, I can write a justification for each of these races; the main thing is to clearly define what will be included and what won't.
