If you were an artist, you wouldn't write that. The faces are not stretched; it's just their position – they are tilted downwards, so they are drawn correctly and skillfully and not stretched at all. At least, the second one. The first one is scary.

Even if she were called the spirit of spring, as I initially thought, it would also be a good fit. The seasons are often associated with women of different age groups, and spring is always associated with the image of a young girl. I think Mizu-kami largely corresponds to this: an ideal figure with soft curves, I would even say shyly closed eyes, a cute girlish face, beautifully flowing hair. And she doesn't have the same kind of nudity as the elves. It's different, not vulgar at all, rather, on the contrary, aesthetic, tender. In short, you can find many epithets. IMHO, of course.
